I have been doing this off and on for years now not a whole lot of blacksmiths in Ohio that I no of but I just got out there and got some steel when I was 15 and I had nothing no Forge no anvil so I made my first coal Forge out of blocks and made my first swords my first knives all on my own no one ever showed me how to do it I just did it bc I did not no anyone that was doing blacksmithing or-- bladesmithing but I no it was something I wanted to do now I have a gas Forge just got that this year be for that I was using fire bricks in the ground with a pipe underneath of it and I still use it bc it's still fun I am go to Me charcoal/ Cole and Coke Forge as well no shop no Anvil just yet been thanking of making my own anvil just to see if I can do it. I'm now 39 years old and this is what I want to do as my job something I really want and love doing its been a lot of fun for me now I have learn a lot by watching you guys and I'm going to continue to watch you guys been a very big inspiration to me to get back out there and pound that steel and make something thank you all very much keep up all the good things you guys are doing
