The knife is wonderful. Feels very good in the hand. Did feel a little uncomfortable in the knife and scabbard are in the inner waste band of my jeans. The handle digs into my belly when I bend over. No matter though, because it feels fine when insert the scabbard on a 45 degree angle, meaning the handle ends up being lower. That is a minor problem with an easy solution, so no points lost.
Unrelated to the product, I did have some issues with shipping. It arrived a month late because the order somehow got cancelled on its own. I had to get a reissue from your shop. Anyways. It's here now.

Overall, the Splinter 2.0 is awesome! The only issue I had with it, was the carry clip. It is quite long and can get in the way of the draw, but I replaced it with an Ulticlip. The sheath is great, the knife came sharp, and ready for action.

The splinter 2 is THE BEST box cutter I’ve ever had the privilege of holding. More times than not I’ve needed to get a box open in a hurry, life or death scenarios mind you. Now with the splinter I never have to worry about making holes in objects quickly and effectively, you don’t even know you’re wearing it, but if you need it, it’s there. In times where I am unable to keep my wireless hole puncher handy, the splinter picks up the slack. The biggest downfall I’ve experienced with the splinter is that I didn’t have a second one to open the box it came in quickly enough. Nonetheless, I got in and have added it to my EDC setup since day 1. You want to know about the craftsmanship? I broke my wood axe over a piece of dried hickory and used this thing instead, the next day my razor was dull so I shaved with it. It is a must have, For all the warrior poets out there.

It’s a nice little tool. Great ergonomics for how small it is and fills the hand supersizingly well. My did not come very sharp, and came fairly thick behind the edge out of the box so I did have to sharpen it immediately so it was more useable to slice with. Sheath developed a rattle within a week but the retention was not afftected due to the sheath having a screw to fine tune the retention. Overall it’s a great knife for the price, and as long as you know how to sharpen, it should do you well for a long time.

Love the knife, love the shieth, and love the price, I just wish it was American Made. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a new EDC!
