All orders are being shipped from the within the USA. Please be aware that depending on your country, your shipment may be subject to customs charges, paid by you upon import. This is sometimes paid online and sometimes by needing to visit your local post office. We sadly have no control over this and ask that you familiarise yourself with your local import rules.
With merchandise such as t-shirts, our products are printed to order in California and take an average of 2-5 business days to be fulfilled. Currently, printed merchandise is 3-5 weeks late due to COVID-19. Please add this to your shipping time to get a more accurate estimate of when you will receive your order.
Our Grinders use a Variable Frequency Drive to allow you to dial in the perfect speed for the job. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI/GFI outlet) can sometimes misinterpret your VFD as an error, causing them to shut off the power. If you experience this issue, you can open the front of your VFD by removing the four flathead screws on the corners- Moving the red “J12” jumper from the 8K position to either the 12K, GF1, or GF2 may alleviate this issue! Once you receive your return label (Check your promotions and spam folders!) add it to your original packaging and attach the new label to send to us. Once we receive your pants we'll process the return and refund, or send you out a new size of Steele's.
